located at the northeastern tip of Mactan Island, and a convenient
15-minute drive from the Mactan International Airport. Cebu City - which
is connected by two bridges to Mactan-is only a 30-minute drive away

since it is the principal inter-island port and trading center of the

including world-class gambling casinos. Cebu is also the principal
transportation hub for central and southern Philippines. Most flights,
inter-island shipping lines, ferry boats, fast craft, and other
transport companies originate and are based in Cebu to serve routes
throughout the archipelago. The Mactan Economic Zone I (MEZ I),
formerly known as the Mactan Economic Processing Zone I (MEPZ I) is
located beside the Mactan International Airport. It is the home of over
150 operating multinational companies, including TIMEX (TMX), Lexmark,
Teradyne, Asahi Pentax , National Semiconductor, Fairchild and the like.
The MEZ I employs over 40,000 skilled workers and over 200 expatriate
executives. Mactan Export Zone II (MEZ II), located at the southern end
of he Mactan International Airport is already fully occupied and has
15,000 employees as of April 2005. GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION AND
CLIMATE Cebu City is in the center of the island of Cebu, which
is approximately 1,000 kilometers north of the equator and located in
Central Philippines, 500 kilometers south of Manila. Flying time from
Cebu to Manila is approximately 1 hour from Manila; Cebu to Hongkong, 2
1/2 hours; Cebu to Singapore, Taipei or Kuala Lumpur, 3 hours; and Cebu
to Narita, 4 hours. It has no distinct wet or dry season, making
it an ideal vacation spot all year round. The temperature ranges from a
low of 20 degrees Celsius to 33 degrees Celsius and the heaviest
rainfalls are in October and November. LANGUAGE The
population is multilingual: almost everyone speaks good to very good
English. Visayan is the principal dialect but Tagalog is widely spoken.
TRANSPORTATION Taxis, airport limousines and rental cars with
or without chauffeur are plentiful and reasonably cheap. Brand new

their choice. AQUASPORTS Aquasports facilities are also
available at the village and club. Among these are boat rentals, jetski,
water skiing, parasailing, and scuba diving. Island tours can also be
arranged. The club has its own boat ramp and a storage facility for members or
condo residents can be arranged. Full washing, maintenance, and other
allied services are also available. There is also a nearby marina and
anchorage for larger boats and yachts. RESORT FEATURES
The club and resort village aims to create an atmosphere of peace,
exclusivity and tranquillity in a beautiful tropical setting. The
village is a low density community - a maximum of 150 condominium with
another 8 seaside villas will be built on the remaining 20,000 square
meters of land. There are 45 completed condominiums. Each condo has
ocean views with low rise and high rise buildings sprawled out over the
entire property. Coralpoint Gardens Executive Village and Retirement
Community will also be built adjacent to the Coralpoint Resort Village.
Built with the best quality materials available while retaining the
local character, the beach villas are expected to serve requirements of
the high end market for residential homes. Club members and condo owners
are from different ethnic and cultural backgrounds, mainly composed of
wealthy local and foreign families, successful businessmen, senior
managers of multinational companies based in the Southeast Asian region,

dues and assessments are pro-rated and charged accordingly to each unit
